I figured it was time for a new post. :)  Blogging was put on the back burner for a while as time is not something I have a lot of.  Here's a few pictures I took this week when we went on a little hike.  I think that this was Valentine's Day, but anyways it was a beautiful day!  I have a hard time finding things to write about so maybe my next post will have more words... :)

  

I can't believe it's already February.  It seems like January just flew by.  We had a few days in January were we got to go ice skating.  We didn't get to go on our regular place, because just before it froze, it had snowed.  Those few days when it freezes, school get set to the side, and skates are dug out of storage.

Temperatures are Dropping

As of now, it's 2 degrees Fahrenheit, and we have 13 inches of snow.  It's pretty cold outside.  Mom, Kendall, and I went sledding yesterday.  We didn't last very long outside.

Cabin Weekend

Last weekend we stayed near Willamette Pass!  We rented a cabin on the lake, and were planning to go skiing but that didn't work out!  So we stayed at the cabin, and played many games of UNO, Mancala, and War.  Anyways it was lots of fun, and I would love to do it again sometime :D

Hello Houston

Our trip to GYC  has begun.  The day we left K-Town it was blowing 65, and raining sideways.  Our flight was delayed for two hours, but we made it to Seattle safely.  We spent the night there, and then continued on to Houston today.  That flight seemed like the longest flight I've ever been on.  I'll write more later!

Merry Almost Christmas!  I absolutely love the Christmas season.  The snow, the music, and time spent with friends and family!  Last year for Christmas we were in Mexico on a mission trip!  That had to be one of the best Christmas' ever.  Anyways I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!

Well, to start... Happy Birthday to my sister!  Kendall, if you're reading this (I'm guessing that you are), you are the best sis a girl could ask for...  Anways, I love ya Kendall!!!

About a week or two ago, we went for a short walk with our friends...  It was freezing cold, but lots of fun :)  here is one picture from the hike, and one from yesterday!

 

I have quite a bit of catching up to do!  Thanksgiving was amazing!  We had the Ervins out and Mrs. A, plus all of our family :)  It's easier for me to caption photos than to write a big long paragraph...lol so here goes!!!  My pictures need edited, but I'm to tired too do it right now, but I will definitely be posting more often :)

Wow...

I hadn't realized how long it had been since I posted.  I've been super busy.  We had a great Thanksgiving today!  Ervins came out, and Mrs. Alsup came over!  Liesel had made a snowboard earlier this month, and it's really cool.  So I wanted to make one as well.  Grandpa helped me out a ton!  I still have a lot to do, but I'm really excited to try it out!
